By public transport

1. From Lisbon Airport, take the metro (green line) to Rossio station.
2. At Rossio, take the train to Portela de Sintra station.
3. From Portela de Sintra, take the Carris Metropolitana bus line 1633 towards Ericeira and get off at the first stop in the village of Santa Susana: EN 247 (Cruz R de Baixo).
4. Next to the bus stop there is a narrow paved path with a sign saying "Quinta do Rajo" or "Ashram Ram Dass Guru". Follow the signs on foot for about 7 minutes.

By car

1. From Lisbon, take the IC19 towards Sintra.
2. Exit onto the A16 towards Mafra and Ericeira. Continue towards Pêro Pinheiro, Lourel and Praias until you reach a roundabout.
3. At the roundabout, take the last exit and follow the signs to Terrugem.
4. At the Galp petrol station, turn right towards Ericeira on the EN247. After Odrinhas and Alvarinhos you reach Santa Susana.
5. After the Santa Susana sign, take the first right and follow the signs to the Ashram.
