What data we collect on this website
This website only collects personal data when you send us a message through a form:
- Contact form: name, email and message.
- Space hire enquiry: name, email, message and, optionally, preferred dates and number of people.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build visitor profiles. You can also write to us directly by email or phone.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- Replying to your message: based on the consent you give in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Handling booking, stay, seva or hire requests: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages only as long as needed to reply and follow up on your request, for a maximum of [period to be set by the association], unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
External services
- Website hosting: [provider to be confirmed].
- Delivery of form messages to the association's email: [provider to be confirmed].
- Google Maps: the map only loads if you click "Show map". At that point Google receives your IP address and may store cookies.
- Donorbox and PayPal: online donations and membership fees are paid on these services' websites, which have their own privacy policies. This website does not receive or store payment data.
Fonts are served by the website itself, with no requests to external services.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@ramdassguru.pt. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before then.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
Children
The forms on this website are intended for adults. If you know that a child has sent us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
